ViSTech 2005
The first-ever Visuals & Simulation Technology Conference and Exhibition, held June 20-21, 2005 in Orlando at the Rosen Center, aimed to provide a venue to bring experts in the visual technologies field closer together with those professionals in the simulation and training arena. By most accounts provided by the 150 attendees at the event, it proved to have been enough of a success for attendees to mark their calendars for the next show. We found the ViSTech forum a great place to have casual, but in-depth conversations with the leaders of a number of simulation and training organizations. Having the presentations next to the exhibits, with an interactive lunch for all was in ideal way to foster good communications. Will look forward to next year.
